Victor De la Flor Kivaki

Victor De la Flor Kivaki is a licensed attorney in New York, Florida, and the Republic of Peru. He has more than ten years of international professional experience, particularly in the United States, Latin America, and Europe. He possesses a multicultural background and can communicate in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Maria Herrera Mellado

Maria Herrera Mellado is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia, New Mexico and Arizona, as well as in Sevilla, Spain (currently inactive). She is also a French-Spanish certified translator and court interpreter by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

She worked as an intern for the United Nations (New York, NY) and trained for the European Commission (Brussels, Belgium). She features now on tv to analyze current policy matters and provides advice to foreign investors and entrepreneurs on how to immigrate to the U.S. She also teaches courses on comparative business law in Spain, Mexico and Cuba and she is the author of several articles on Financial Consumer Protection and Banking Law in Spain, Portugal and Brazil. 

She holds a B.A., LL.B. and a Ph.D. in Comparative Business Law from the University of Granada (Spain), a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. with concentration in Mining Law and Policy from the University of Arizona, and a Corporate M.B.A. from Florida International University.

She is fluent in English, Spanish and French, and proficient in Portuguese.

Victor Zegarra Lara

Victor Zegarra Lara is a lawyer graduated from the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has a vast experience in Litigation and Dispute Prevention and Resolution, especially in commercial and contractual disputes, liability and damages.

 

In Peru, he represents various companies from different industries, in their litigation matters before civil and commercial courts as well as arbitrators and arbitral panels.

His practice is based in Lima, Peru.

Tomás Prieto Moraleda is a licensed attorney and criminologist in Spain. He currently specializes in Corporate Legal Technology, Mediation, and Consumer Data Protection.

 

He is the founding partner of Logic Cost Abogados Offices and the owner of "A Mediar"—awarded the 2015 best mediation blog in Spain.

He holds a B.S in Criminology, an LL.B. and two LL.M.s in Mediation and Zoning Law from the University of Granada, as well as a Diploma in New Technologies, Digital Communication and Ecommerce .

His professional experience in Colombia includes the National Directorate of Taxes and Customs (DIAN) and Rubiano Mendoza Abogados.

He holds an LL.M. in International Law from Stetson University and is a licensed real estate agent in Florida.
